Screw Bitzer compressor, provided with vibration eliminators, two steps of capacity regulation, motor control module INT389R, oil control module INT69VS.
Oil separator provided with heater, thermostat and oil level control.
Off cycle equalizing line from oil separator to suction line provided with shut off valve and solenoid valve.
Air-cooled oil cooler. Fan motor controlled by an electronic thermostat with temperature probe placed on compressor discharge line.
Oil supply line provided with filter, flow switch, solenoid valve and indicator.
Oil cooler by-pass solenoid valve controlled by a thermostat with probe placed on the oil supply line of each compressor.
Economizer system provided with plate heat exchanger, complete with solenoid valve and thermostatic valve for each compressor.
Liquid receiver provided with inlet/outlet shut off valves.
Liquid line provided with filter (interchangeable cartridge), sight glass and shut off valve.
Suction line provided with liquid separator, filter (interchangeable cartridge) and shut off valve.
Automatic reset LP pressure switches, double safety HP pressure switch, LP pressure switches for economizer control.
Built-in electric switchboard, fully wired and equipped for controlling all above listed functions, provided with fuses, compressor contactors, oil cooler fan motor contactors, thermal relays for compressor protection, isolation transformer (electronic step controller for compressor management including off-loadings, pressure sensor already installed on suction line), thermostat for oil cooler by-pass solenoid valve control, auxiliary relays, timers, control lamps, main isolator with door lock.
Unit under helium pressure, already pressure tested and electrically tested.
Polyester oil charge included.
